Something to “Wine” About

If you’re looking for an excuse to drink a well-deserved glass of your favorite wine and cook a delicious, homemade dish, you’ve come to the right place. Try out these white wine and food pairings for a combination that will have your pallet exploding with flavor.

CHARDONNAY
We recommend a meaty fish or shellfish to pair with this buttery white wine.
Shrimp and grits or crab mac and cheese would pair amazingly well.

MOSCATO
Moscato is typically a very sweet wine, so pairing it with spicy foods can balance the pallet. Try out spicy chicken curry with long grain rice.

PINOT GRIGIO
This wine is best with pasta. If you’re looking to whip up a citrusy lemon chicken piccata or savory spaghetti carbonara, pinot is the right choice.

RIESLING
To bring out the acidity and sweetness of a Riesling, pair it with spicy foods and Asian cuisine. Chicken pad thai, anyone?

SAUVIGNON BLANC
This wine is typically fruity but not too sweet.. A taste of Sauvignon Blanc with french goat cheese, Crottin de Chavignol is considered a classic pairing that has stood the test of time.
