What tours are you currently running?
We are open and ready to take you on a wine tasting adventure! We are currently running only one tour: the Chauffeured Vineyard Adventure. It has the most wine and food of all our tours and sells out fast so BOOK NOW!
How do we book a tour?
Tours can be booked online or for customized tours please give us a call. Best way to reach us is via text 858.551.5115 or email [email protected]. Don’t know what day to join us? Buy Wine, Beer & Spirits Tour Gift Certificates! Gift Certificates make excellent gifts and have no expiration date and can be redeemed anytime, for any tour.
What are your hours?
Our tours run year-round, rain or shine. Our website is open 24/7, and we have agents available daily via phone or email from 9am – 9pm Pacific.
Do your tours run year round, and how much in advance should we book?
We run our tours Wednesdays through Sundays (customized tours may be available Mondays and Tuesdays). We suggest you contact us as soon as you know which day you’d like to book as we often sell out very fast. Last minute reservations could work, so don’t hesitate to try. No tours Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day.
Are there set times for each tour?
Our chauffeured tours start with picking you up at between about 10.30 AM and 11.45 AM. We can customize your start time if you are booking a private tour.
We are celebrating a Birthday/Anniversary/Special Occassion. Can we do something special for my spouse/friend/colleague?
Our tours are perfect for your celebration! We will have a gift bag for you, and on the tour, there are many opportunities to help your loved one feel special and celebrated. Let us know that you are celebrating something special, and we’ll make sure to help you make it wonderful! How do we get a discount?
We can often offer special pricing on certain days/tours. We have group discounts available (certain holidays excluded) on most of our tours.
Can we book a private tour?
Private tours are available and can be arranged directly via email or telephone.
How many guests can you accommodate?
The minimum number that we take is typically 4 guests and our maximum is 200+ guests! If you are a group of 15 or more, please contact us for a quote.
Will my party be the only one on the tour?
If you book a private tour, yes, you will be guaranteed to be the only party in the chauffeured bus. Otherwise, tours are open to the public. Each public tour typically has 2-14 guests. When there are other guests besides you, your tour guide is expert in bringing all of you together so you have a super fun time. If you would like a guaranteed private tour, just ask us (requires payment of 10-14 tickets depending on which day).
Do you do tours/events for corporate groups?
Absolutely, we have many different options available for our corporate groups. Please give us a call or email and we’ll customize the perfect event for your group.
What’s included in the tour ticket price?
Your chauffeured tour ticket price includes all food and wine/beer, entertainment, tasting presentations, transportation and guided tour. It does not include tour guide gratuity (20% industry standard) or handling fees.
Where do we meet?
For the chauffeured tours, we pick up and drop off from your hotel/home (most San Diego locations). This is included in your tour ticket price.
What should we wear?
You may want to dress for a special day out as you’ll have some great photo ops!
We recommend good walking shoes on all of our tours! For our walking and train tours, we will be walking about 1-2 miles total.
Please bring an umbrella, if chance of rain, as our tours run rain or shine.
Wear layers in order to be prepared for temperature changes. Bring hat/sun protection for sunny weather, and a jacket/sweater for cooler weather.
What else should we bring?
Please plan ahead and bring some cash to tip your wonderful tour guide (unless prepaid at time of booking).

What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Once purchased, tickets cannot typically be refunded or rescheduled as your space is being guaranteed. However, we may be able to offer you another date, or provide you with gift certificates to use anytime in the future ($25 ea. reschedule fee may apply). Purchased tickets are transferable.
For the chauffeured tours, your tour guide will text you morning of tour to tell you your exact time of pick up (between about 10.30am and 11.45am). Unfortunately, it is very difficult for us to accommodate guests that are running late, as our wineries want you to be on time for the wonderful festivities that they’ve planned for you.
I have allergies/diet restrictions, can you change the menus at the tour stops?
Please speak with one of our booking agents if you have any dietary restrictions. On some of our tours we can typically accommodate vegetarian and/or gluten free (additional costs may apply). Otherwise menus are preset; we cannot do substitutions. There will be a variety of food and usually something to suit everyone. We do have custom menu tours; please contact the office for more details. Note that we cannot guarantee the premises are free of your allergens. Please check with the restaurant/winery/brewery staff if you have any concerns.
I have a medical need, what should I do?
Please let your booking agent know if have any special medical needs, including wheelchairs or walkers.
Can we bring our children on your tours?
Guests drinking alcohol must be 21+. Guests 18-20 are permitted on our tours. Guests 17 and younger must purchase a private tour.
What is the difference between the Winery Train Tour Routes?
When we are able to run the winery train tours we have three routes every day Monday – Friday. When the first route sells out we open up the second route, and then the third once the second route sells out. All routes are essentially the same tour except one route travels North to South and the others travel South to North.
Where do you suggest we stay?
We pick up at these hotels below and most all San Diego hotels for the chauffeured tour. We don’t pick up in Carlsbad or Oceanside, National City or Chula Vista, however you can take the train/trolley from there and meet us at the station or meet us at one of our convenient pickups.
